I am writing to tell you how thrilled I am with the order I just from your company. I had been searching everywhere to find the perfect gift for someone very special, and thanks to you I found it. As I opened each beautiful gift box and unwrapped each crystal piece which had been so carefully wrapped for their journey to the U.S., I was in amazement. I ordered a crystal decanter and six matching glasses with a desk plate, and all were engraved with a family crest. The detail is exquisite and each piece so beautiful. And to top it all off, you included several copies of the story behind that families crest all ready to be framed. I was thrilled and what an unforgettable and one of a kind I now have to give.
I cannot end without also thanking you for the personalized service I received. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carmel from your company. She kept me up to date by email on every part of the order. And not some scripted form or generic form, but in a way that showed me your company truly cared about my order.

On Thursday, July 8th, my wife Becky and I stopped in your Adare store. We were on holiday for the first time in Ireland. I purchased a family crest print for my Mom whose (maiden) name is Florence Curran. Upon hearing that her name was the same as yours, you nicely gave us a family history scroll for her as well.
