All our Heraldic work is based on official Records. We do not make any crest or coat-of-arms unless it is found in one of these sources.
We strive for complete exactitude in our work, but if any error or omission is found, we will strive to rectify this to the customer’s satisfaction.
We go to great lengths to deliver all our products within the stated period, subject to any circumstances that might be outside our own control.
While we go to great lengths to achieve historical accuracy in all aspects of our work, no genealogical representation is thus intended or implied.
If any item arrives damaged, or is lost during shipping, we will replace that item without question, quibble or expense to our customers. If an item is returned for any other reason a re-stocking charge of 15% will apply.
Whether due to electronic malfunction or human error, if erroneous prices are displayed on our website, Curran’s Heraldry reserve the right to rescind any order by refunding all monies paid, without deductions or charges being made.
