How will I know I will get the correct crest; will it be genuine?

Curran’s never make any Crest without first finding a record of its existence in Governmental Heraldic Registers. When you receive your order, it will be accompanied by supporting document(s), often photocopies taken directly from Heraldic Registers.

What if my order arrives damaged, or gets lost in shipping?

If any item is damaged on arrival, or lost, please let us know and we will set about replacing it, without the slightest quibble or cost to you.

Do you charge extra for shipping?

The price you see on our website includes Shipping and full insurance to the U.S.A./Canada and all European countries.  For other destinations there is a small extra charge.

Are any other hidden charges I should know about?

None.
